In the consolidated account statement pdf for my accounts it is mentioned
Segment PLATINUM
My savings account type is mentioned in yono as
SBCHQ-SBP GEN-PUB IND-ALL-INR

Am i eligible for any of the mentioned rupay select debit cards?
I have multiple savings and ppf account with SBI.

Can any one confirm the markup charged on foreign transactions on SBI Rupay Rhodium card. For SBI rupay JCB card, it is 0% but did not find nay information on debit cards coming with SBI salary accounts. I know number of SBI salary accounts holders are slowly going extinct , but that also makes them more valuable untill they go extinct 🙂😀

Go for IRP, since amazon considers the RPJ BIN as a credit card for their 20% rupay offer. You will be charged convenience fees by amazon.

both offer similar benefits but if u spend on fuel at Indian oil outlets IRP might be a good card for u

I tried to get IRP but they said they were getting an error for my account variant(Silver) , I requested for RPJ and I got the RPJ without any issues.

I am looking for Amazon Pay Friday 20% offer, and I think IRP is better for that.
Mine is also silver. One staff told that my account is not eligible for any platinum cards.
But another staff when I went today told that she can do that for me. (Maybe when it goes to next level for approval, it will get declined)

(To be on a safer side, I am thinking of keeping 1L balance in savings account so that MAB requirement for platinum card is met.)
