I today went to the SBI branch, I clearly asked her to search for SRA.

The system is doesn't showing any such card. My Account is for sure CSP PLTNM.
Even no such Rupay Select or Rupay Platnium debit card is coming in the system.

Lol, may be they changed the cards.

Somewhere on this thread, product codes 1040, 1020, 1030 etc were mentioned for each card. Search for it and ask brand to try applying using that code.

@Abhishek012 and others: I’m looking for the Platinum JCB DC for an upcoming trip to SEA. I have 2 SBI CCs but no bank account, can I open an online (non-salary) account and then visit nearest branch to get the JCB DC? In the online form, do they ask for salary/employment details etc (although this won’t be a salary account) to assign the correct account variant?

Or should I better do this application in a branch itself? My travel is in 2 weeks so I’ll do whatever is quicker. Thanks!

tell this card code to SBI staff and search the card and apply.

i think card name showing RuPay International Platinum debit card on SBI staff computer with card code - RPJ.
