Koi baat nahi, ye sab chalta rehta hai. Not a big deal. I have been on this forum since 2023 october, koi nahi bhi batayega to kar karke aa jata, help karte hain hum sbki to usse iss forum ka maximum fruitful utilisation ho pata hai.
Jo pareshani ek person jhelta hai, if he/she decides to share that incident with everyone, then all of the members are benefitted directly or indirectly, and i think that is the best utilisation of this forum.

Thank you to this community .I Was able to pay a credit card bill worth more than 1 lakh using different methods and got a good reward close to 0.8%.
A small query which i was trying to find in this thread but didnt found clear answer as does the sbi vdc milestone reward is incremental spend based over 1 lakh. Like do we get any extra 1000 points post next 50k or 2 lakh INR in the same month?(Specifically for vdc)
And another query is does the milestone benefit works spend wise or month wise ?Like if a user is doing 1 lakh INR transaction in a calendar month or just completing spend of 1 lakh in amount irrespective of duration ?

No incremental. Return rate same. Infact it becomes zero/half after reaching the monthly cap of 10,000 reward points.
No special benefits for milestone completion within month.
Milestone reset financial year wise.

With SBI, it is, No TnC apply. Only term is you can't earn more than 10000 pts per month and this includes all kind of pts but excludes accelerated pts of campaigns. Now go and spend more and live in thinking you are savings but actually you are spending too much on CC.

if you spend 50k with your sbi vdc, you will get 500(regular)+500(vdc bonus) rp in few days.Since you get 1000 reward points for that, you will get another 1000rp bonus in next few months.For vdc you need to spend only the half that of a physical debit card.

These bonus was stopped in past by SBI. Just pray that it won't happen again after March else there will be no difference between PDC and VDC. 🤣

The only thing that makes VDC better is it's 2X pts and also milestone on half which is a bug. Anything fixed by SBI and reward rate will fall from 1% to 0.75% on 1L payment as then 50K won't give extra milestone benefit. Haan agar pehle jaise 2X se 1X ho gaya fir jo marzi use karo 1L pe 0.50% hi reh jayega.

Thanks Desiviru for the points .
And yes , I only spend what I have in my capabilities and bank account .No additional spend outside budget.Last month had some unplanned expenses which got paid completely this month .

Yes got all the benefits as you mentioned in this comment except the milestone one as the last transaction i paid Yesterday itself.

you may get the milestone 1000rp bonus within few months.Nothing is sure when it comes to SBI and its subsidiaries.

Reply wasn't for you but in general. Here some people are rotators which is a different story. I know it was your personal expenses as I too have to much (whole family included) and these days everything is shofted to CC due to Rupay UPI CCs also. So it adds up everything. 🙂

But be sure you will receive pts as I posted some days back and in past also that for July and Aug, 2024 month they credited in Feb 2025.
