Short answer: Yes, you will get rest 8k points at 1x rate.

If it wasn't applicable then, you wouldn’t have received the initial 1x points.

If you're looking for a technical explanation, the MCC (Merchant Category Code) for UniPay is 4900, and 4900 is included in the MCC list provided by SBI. Therefore, there is no reason you should miss out on those accelerated points.
