Okay, then these will be credited in coming days. As I said, with SBI you never know. Some stuck pts got processed after 3-4 months too in one my a/c as I told earlier. I always keep total of pts updated in excel sheet. So if there is a credit, I get to know it and then check the statement accordinly. Also keep a notepad file and copy txns list from rewardz website oe keep schreenshot of page (I receommend copy pasting in notepad). That way also you can know which extra txn for credit has come.
Simplest is, keep the total in check and keep noting the txns you haven't received points for and you can do it by having an excel sheet and keep updating it on date of txn and note down 1X Normal in One column and bonus in other and accelerated in other 2 colums.

Only for you and others who used uncofirmed merchants/MCCs. Technically it's not gone for you as you never received it.

To console you, here is a story. I lost 4500 pts in bday month in Aug due to JioFin RPSLLDCASH merchant name and Rupay MCC problem and was using my Physical Rupay card. So I have seen things going down the drain.
I still feel, as your normal + bonus were credited, you can stay hopeful of these credting in future.

Why you didn't used Unipay/Setu etc.? I know there are failing problem but it's not that a bigger issue.
First confirm the MCC of the TPPA's where you used like paytm, mobikwik etc. and then check the lost whether that MCC is available in list of offer.

I have contacted sbi customer care for mcc code of transaction...but they don't know what is mcc...🥴🥴tin transactions it is showing "Paytm Noida". Same merchant name showed also for September spectacular rewardz season
arrey bhai usko console karney ke liye story share ki hai ki sabke saath hota hai. Tu darr mat, rupay ko kuch nahi keh raha mai.
Mistake was mine. Actually offer was between Aug 9 - Aug 19. I did txns on Aug 18/19 so couldn't confirm as didn't had enugh time for it. If I had done small txn with that Merchant name like on Aug 10 and hadn't received pts, I would have stopped there and used VDC instead of physical.
Moral of the story is: Everyone loses rewards here. Learn to live with it and always do small txn to confirm whether pts come.

So there are two cases now. Either you will get it at later date or Paytm done MCC change at their end or even it might be possible your card network (RuPay/Master/VISA) has started recognizing Paytm txns with their own internal different MCC like was the case with RuPay card which mapped JioFin txns to 6540 wallet MCC.
I understand you got pts in Sep campaign but what if they (anyone of these) fixed it in Oct? In case you get pts credited in coming days, do share. I hope some luck strikes and you get it.

- Bachat Boss Days is an Accelerated Reward Point Campaign on SBI Debit Card spends (Purchases) as per point structure in para no. 3 below.
- The campaign will be valid for the period from 1st December 2024 to 9th December 2024, 1st January 2025 to 9th January 2025, 1st February to 9th February 2025.
- Minimum transaction to qualify to avail the campaign offer will be Minimum Rs. 1,000/- in SBI Debit Card Spends through both online and offline in Retail category. The customer will be rewarded with accelerated reward points as below -

Kal dekhte hai acche se, desiviru ne post kiya tha but usme 4900 tha nhi toh ignore mardiya lekin ab canara setu pe maula mila hai toh dekhne padega
5311 100% confirmed hai canara setu pe? waise maine chota sa transaction kardiya hai but MCC pata karne mai bahut time lega HDFC.
Kal dekh lena lekin is month ki aaj last date hai 🤣
300 rewards per month ka cap hai, toh i think 6000 rs tak hi allowed hoga

Ab to bonus points chhodo mujhe base reward points bhi credit Nehi hua abtak. December se kya ho raha hai SBI me pata nehi.
5X = Normal 1X + Accelerated 4X. So Rs.7500 txn to get 75x4= 300 pts +75 Normal + 75 VDC Bonus (For time being, both normal and bonus not coming now so how will 4X?). 🙂 But offer will come now next month between Jan 1-9, 2025. Also extra 4X points will be credited by end of every month.
Is it really a coincidence that SBI ran a grocery MCC offer and Canara changed it to 5311 from 4900. SBI is banker's bank and every PSU adhere to commands of SBI.
Is Canara Setu CC BillPay 5311 confirmed? @Abhishek012
