This isn't sarcasm, this is about common sense. If you're still thinking of emailing them, good luck. They don't have any humans to reply to emails anyways, but at least your soul will be satisfied.

You can try as much as emailing PNO, NPCI, bharatpay but in the end, you will likely just get an automated refund.

Ohh okay this was my first time using sbi unipay and getting a failed transaction that's why I asked here for the TAT since many members here may know about the TAT , and about common sense I was in doubt about if they will refund the amount or try to credit the biller on their own since on fail transaction page I saw nothing. Earlier I was using MobiKwik,cred with them I used to get refund in hours for failed transaction.

Don't worry brother, 2 weeks back my one of transaction on Unipay got failed like your case, I got refund within a week automatically. Just you need to keep an eye.

SBI and similar banks has this problem, no proper FAQs and no proper workflow to update status to customer,

We are using because we want that 0.5% RP on CC bill payment which is stopped everywhere almost by private banks

No worries, 99.99% of the time you will get the refund back to your bank account (in this case SBI). Unipay is not reliable at all, they don't have any dedicated support, even though they have mentioned it. The only reason people use Unipay is because of the MCC. You can still use Mobikwik, PhonePe, or any other platform to pay your CC bills, and it will work just fine.

I see then I will check my balance again after few days, Thanks for letting me know the expected refund time.

Yes bro I also did payment on unipay due to that 5x accelerated offer otherwise I normally use mobikwik for all my cc bills. Thanks for the helpful reply.
