Issue Resolved Sbi rewardz query

I have recently(may) created sbi instaplus account and recieved visa debit card (which I have not activated).
Today I got a mail from sbi rewardz that I have 350 points however I have not created a account on sbirewardz app nor done a transaction with sbi debit card
If the mail is real how do I use my reward points and also can I activate my card now it's been more than 2months receiving card or should I ask the cc to issue me new virtual card.
Also iam unable to access rewadz section in yono app it shows a dialogue box "we are unable to process your request,please try later"

Points were still there credited manually for
*yono registration 100
*Kyc update 50
*Vkyc account opening 200

So getting virtual rupay is beneficial or shall i get visa or mc for that as well? Amex bill portal supports rupay from what I’ve noticed

i have a query regarding sbi reward
in my sbi netbanking it says point balance 0, same 0 points in sbi card (deducted 5k+ points 28 dec since it was ecom disc usage,
but in sbi reward website it shows 2374 points,
i did debit card transactions on offers in fk/amazon to buy products big billion sale time
should i redeem ? if i do it will cut amount from my savings account later ?

1st screenshot is from sbi rewardz website or app and it's for debit card transaction regards.

2nd one is for SBI credit card reward and is from sbi card app or sbi card .com website

You can redeem those points. No amount will be deducted from your account now or later if it's available to redeem

It's a glitch with SBI netbanking. When you click on the 0 points, it redirects you to the SBI Rewardz website, where you can view your SBI debit card points.

- SBI Card is for credit cards
- SBI Rewardz is for debit cards.

Yes, go ahead.

That T&C applies only to credit cards, not debit cards. Don't worry, it won't be reversed. It didn’t happen to me, so it won’t happen to you either.
