@Buttman 10L yearly is not per card based but PAN based. Reporting is consolidated now a days. FY 23-24, a friend working for LIC had ~8L and 6.5L for other bank and he was using for his CC insurance payments for clients for new policies and renewals and clients mostly paid in cash. Received ITR notice and was fined which was later challenged and only last month he was cleared of it. Our CIBIL data is enough to calculate CC spends. But still, not everyone receives a notice.
Just remember use your cards within limits. I spread spend between my card and family cards and keep track that cumulatively all my cards don't cross 10L. Even if you are not spending 10L per card, it is getting reported although not showing in AIS. In future they will all show up when it is integrated and annual CC spends will appear there even if it is 1L or 50K. Work in progress.....
