SBI Simply Save Addon card UPI is not working

I recently applied for Addon card for Spouse with my Simply Save RuPay Credit Card.
But UPI apps are throwing error that no card is registered with this number.
When I applied for addon card, they replaced Primary card with new card and sent addon card along.
Note: I have checked mobile number registered for addon card is correct (spouse's mobile number where SB account UPI works)
Also raised issue with SBI customer care via email, they are simply sharing the steps mentioned in SBI Card website/FAQs and not helping much. This is going on since a wee and I'm frustrated. Complained on Twitter also, but not much progress there too.
Purpose of this card was to use UPI and now I'm finding no way to resolve it. Currently escalated ticket to Nodal officer.

This is an issue from SBI’s side regarding RuPay add-on cards. I received an email from the SBI nodal officer, who mentioned that their technical team is working on resolving this issue. They asked me to try again after 7 working days from today.

Your reply isn't visible normally (may be visible on dark mode). Could you please change the color of the text (at least from next post onwards)?

Yes, there is technical issue, I had escalated till PNO and they had informed me to wait 5 days from Monday 😀
 
Waiting from dec 24 still getting deadlines now no reply from any twitter team & nodal officer they are in lunch time .
Customer service ppl don't have any clue, they just write back standard response. Only PNO understood actual issue, now it has to be seen, if they really fix it or keep delaying. Else I will cancel addon card and get from different Bank.
