SBI Simplyclick Credit Card Annual Fee Reversal

I have SBI Simplyclick CC which was charged Rs. 499 + GST eventhough I met the annual fee spends for fee reversal of 1 lakh in one year. Does SBI charge the Annual Fee and reverse it later? Has anyone faced this issue with SBI Cards?

one month. your next statement will reflect Fee+GST amounts as reversed, if you are eligible for reversal

Worst thing by SBI. I have seen in Axis Bank Credit Cards, when annual fee wavier is met, they charge and instantly refund it including GST. I don't understand why SBI does not refund GST.

I have axis Privilege card and met the annual spends criterion by large margin. Still I have been charged annual fee and GST. No reversal after 3 days.

My billing date is close. If they reversed it after bill generation , do I need to pay anything? I don't have any other spend this month.

Yes, please pay the total amount due even if it includes the annual fee. If it gets reversed in next cycle, then you credit limit will increase by that amount and your spends will be adjusted against that. You may also request bank to transfer that extra credit to your account also, of you wish to.

So, pay full amount.

Does the anuual fees for the first year gets reversed in simplyclick CC , i got this card 6 month ago and had spend 2L on this , so will i get the fees back or it would be reversed from next year?

you have to pay the joining fee only and the next annual fee will be waived off.
