SBI UNIPAY axis airtel bill payment id failing (money being debited)

great..I think I should be prepared for the worst
so, this is now becoming a common phenomena...are you able to lodge a complaint in the customer portali also faced this issue today, 10k deducted from my hdfc account, got transaction fail message and payment also not credited into my credit card
What is excess fund refund?Paid indusind cc bill 13k around.
Failed!
Paid again
Failed!
Gave up.
2 days later both amount credited
Now waiting for excess fund refund.
I could not get it...excuse my dumbness
not able to lodge complaint in the customer portal also

They'll respond within few hours !!
Either they'll settle the txn....if not you'll receive refund in 2-3 days.
So don't worry its very safe site.
See my attached mail...they have responded in almost 2hrs !!

Your bill payment is settled to credit card?
As i have paid on 9th but got failed msg from sbi unipay. But checked today payment of credit card is showing in my unbilled section of indusind credit card
So confused now whether they will be reversing the payment or not

When the payment is reflecting in unbilled section then why will the payment be reversed ??
I send two mails. one mail i have not received any reply till now
but for other mail, I got reply within 2 hours

But in the axis credit card it is not showing till now...what to do?
should I wait for few days to appear in the axis app?
or Will I write to axis bank now with this reference?
Do you know any email of axis bank credit card?
i have also send mail to merchant@sbi.co.in, let's see what will happen

As I paid in access to my credit card so in that can I can ask for the refund from the bank for the amount which is in more than the due amount.
today i have got the same reply, but have n't received amount neither in my credit card nor in my savings account, have you git any progress?
No till now no credit in my credit card...but in the mean time I have received the 1% cashback in my HDFC DC...that means it is out from HDFC..so it must be credited to my axis card..let me wait...hope my money is safe with sbi

Now the problem is after the failiure of SBI Unipay, I paid the amount by Canara Setu...Now My credit card does not have any outstanding...
In this situation, whether the money will return to my credit card as It will increase my credit limit that the approved limit..
Is it allowed..

if sbi unipay credit amount into your axis credit card, then it will add up into your axis credit limit, something like amount due in minus.
update from my side still no amount has settled into my credit card, but got cashback of my hdfc debit card
one more question is canara setu more reliable than sbi unipay?
I have made only two transaction..both went through...but read some where here that canara also fails...may be others will answer or I will be able to answer after few month
