SBI Unipay: Credit Card Bill Payments Failed - Customers Struggle with Refunds

Funny thing sbi itself send this link to pay for sbi cc billpayment.

I have made two transactions on April 23rd using tata neu plus rupay card and transaction failed,no refund till now and I just mailed to bbps mail got a reply that refund started on May 2nd when asked about other transaction that guy went awol

Today i made payment of Rs. 28000 from hdfc platinum dc, and its instantly got settled in SBI Unipay in Sbi card

There is no issue in bbps payment through any payment mode

Hey guys I need your suggestion after long fight on mail and filing RBI Banking omedusm complaint I got my refund for failed transaction on 23rd March 24 from IDFC Bank
So I want to know whether I can demand compensation for non reversal of transaction after T+5 days?
I already demanded it in RBI complaint but bank didn't close it still not they give me compensation

Yes mail them but the refund gets processed automatically after few days

My refund of failed transaction of 28 March was refunded on 3 May

So please be aware of how many days it may take by SBI for refund processing

There is no issue in bbps payment through any payment mode

you mean sbi cc bills are swift and wont have any transaction failure problem?

Paid cc bill through icici on SBI unipay, failed. Paid through AU cc rupay, it was successful.

Can we complaint to RBI ombudsmen ?

So will they report it to cibil?
Can i mail them not to report it

Mostly nothing adverse will happen. I also paid bill late by few hours late once or twice. It wasn't reported to cibil.

Yes, I paid through icici rupay cc. Yes, we can complain it to SBI ombudsman. But, I don't want to take the headache of getting proofs and explaining them everything. Just want to refund to come automatically

Today (on 23 April), i paid ICICI cc bill through SBI unipay using HDFC rupay cc, amount of 25k failed.... no refund so far....

Paid hdfc cc bill upi via indusind account twice.
Only hdfc cc payment failed for me, may its dcb thats why.
Rest all bank cc were credited within 2-3 days.

How much amount was it for you ? It was 22k for me 🙁
