Sbi unipay payment failed how to recover back

Hlo guys i do a transaction on sbi unipay for credit card bill payment with hdfc platinum debit card but the payment is get failed and the amount is deducted from my account and didn't not receive back till now so what is the process to recover my amount i need urgently my payment bcoz my credit card bill is due

Login to HDFC netbanking site, Scroll down to the last and click on the + sign that u will notice under quick links section, after which you will see a Need Help option > Contact Us > Online Dispute Resolution, you can login and follow next steps with some details autofilled and rest you have to fill yourself.

They will acknowledge and revert back in a day and your refund will be issued in max 4 days or even less.
ok bro. i filled disputed form of hdfc bank waiting for refund of amount.
 
Based on other messages that I had read on the site, you need to wait for up to 5 working days for the auto refund, hence wait till this Friday.
 
Even my amt is stuck.
Not got refund. Today its 4th day of transaction. Sent them email twice but did not get any response.🤧

Dnt know what to do. People on forum said it will take a week to refund, so hoping it will be refunded.

Don't worry, it will be automatically refunded without needing any manual intervention, just that it takes little time
 
HDFC or your source bank has no control on this.
A similar thing happened with me. Took 45 days for the money to get refunded. Move to a different platform like jio finance. Not worth the risk.

Amount has been deducted from my account for both the transactions. What amusing is that, on SBI unipay transaction history even the transaction for which payment is has been received on credit card is showing unsuccessful. When i am trying to raise a dispute on Unipay, it is showing no details of transaction. Is there any way to raise dispute with SBI?

There isn't, you just have to wait 3-5 working days for the automatic refund to be credited back to your account.

I had dropped an email on rinb.customer@sbi.co.in. They have forwarded my complaint to support.unipay@sbi.co.in for necessary action.
 
one of my cc bill payment showed as success but it was not credited to the cc account. Moreover transaction is not even showing in transaction history in sbi unipay portal.. I was planning to close this credit card today, now it is all messed up, as i dont know whether the transaction was successful or failed. Need to wait till refund is created to account or to the card :S
