SBI Virtual DC Rewards - Query & Discussion

SBI DC rewardz devalued again.
Now to purchase GV from portal, only 30% points can be used, rest need to be paid in cash using SBI DC.

SBI DC rewards are not attractive anymore.

PS: We can still make utility bill payments fully using points. (but not CC bills.)

What is the difference between Earned Green Points and points received during bill payment via VDC? Can we redeem points only after month has ended? It is not showing any points earned under earned green points, while in transactions it shows along with Bonus points.

Points are showing in reward history in yono as credited. But total points count is shown as less. It may be due to 30 day lock-in. Seems like they will update it after 30 days.

My query is not exactly related to SBI vitural debit card, but physical debit card (because both have same rewards now for bill payments)

I have used my SBI debit card on unipay, but the transaction failed. I paid 8 bills this month and out of that 3 payments failed. The total amount stuck is 1.5L and I am waiting for refund since last 1 week.

I wanted to know apart from unipay, which other platform can I use for bill payment using SBI debit card and without extra charges? Looking for a reliable platform/app. I have heard it works in paytm, but didn't try this time. Any suggestions please?

I am using sbi dc in MobiKwik for over an year. No issues so far and received reward points in 2-4 days. Bill payment failed once only and got refund in 2 days.

Other folks have replied already, you can use it anywhere, reward is same. Idk why are you still using unipay despite knowing it well enough.
