Sbi vistara card unknown charge

After the 4.5 lakh milestone I stopped using the sbi card but just now saw one charge not sure why it is does any one know what its is PFA

Usi ke hi points claw back kiye hai. Jitne CV points mile honge usko 1rs per point pe adjust kiya hai.

Aisa bhi kuch hai sbi me pata nahi tha its a good thing i keep regularly checking the apps or wouldn’t know about this charge can we ask sbi to reverse these charge do they reverse it?

Maine baat kiya reverse karne ka. Mere bhi 600 kaate hai. But bol rhe hai ki sale offers use karoge toh points nhi milenge.

Basically you can't use this card on any instant discount offers unless you're a regular spender on the card (which will let you maintain regular reward balance each month in case of forfeit), otherwise they are going to charge your card for cv points earned. This is the by far the stupidest policy I've seen.
When I pointed this out to the customer care supervisor he had no explanation at all.

all sbi cards from top to bottom have this scene... its their system flaw that we get points then why should we suffer 😆 they should rectify their system
