SBI Yono App Account Opening VKYC Issue - Query

Ok standard message. Account number comes when resuming application. Had to activate physical debit card from ATM in order to login to yono and request vdc.

They sold insurance that I signed without reading. Later I cancelled it by calling SBI Life directly and got full refund.

How did you come to know that insurance has been activated on your account? I am assuming you will be able to see it in the YONO app under insurance tab?

His insurance amount got deducted from account.

Amount deducted, contacted branch they told this is for insurance. I told him I never applied, he showed me the form that I signed. I asked him to cancel it but he denied.

Today opened my sbi insta plus SA. After waiting for around 1 Hr, an old agent came, and when I tried to greet he went straight to show me ur pan and sign the selfie, then disconnected the call. I think this was my life's fastest KYC ever. Felt like I was in the F1 race pit crew team, lol
