BNPL is the concern with SCB i think, CL and HL they wont consider much.I do have a secured car loan of 10 lakh. And one stupid Amazon pay 3k loan and one 3lakh PayU which they don't close. Rest all is credit cards.

Yes yes yes. Close BNPL ASAP. I had opened PayTM Postpaid in 2020. My cibil never went up beyond 742. Once I closed it after 2 years, Cibil started improving.Anyways one has to close BNPLs in cibil else may be an headache in future
