Scapia Credit Card Closed due to Inactivity

Hi,
Actually I have a scapia card since it's early launch days but have not used it much. Today it was closed due to inactivity. I actually wanted to keep it active as I have a planned international trip coming up where it would be useful. But I missed the date by which I had to make a small transaction to keep it active.

Is there any way to activate it again? Need a Zero forex markup card. Au and RBL bank cards are not an option as I already have other cards from those banks.

Generally, they don't reactive the card. Send them an email requesting to reactivate the card account.

Idfc mayura card gives zero forex but with a card charge of 5999+gst!

I use indusind exclusive signature debit card. It's good for foreign atm withdrawal as well at 0 forex.
If u really want credit card only, best and easy one can be idfc wow ( fd based)

How long was the card inactive?

Oh no I started my application everything was smooth but I am stuck where it's asking me Cibil permission if I go ahead there is pre filled aadhar address which is in FI BANK Account recorded if I proceed further it will be declined due to not availability.and there is no option to change address .

I have had this experience twice. First was many years ago with my BOBCARD. Stopped using it after I got a HDFC Card. My second card was SBI which was closed recently.
I mailed SBI and called customer care but they refused to reactivate it. They asked me to re-apply. Since the closed card was no longer available I applied for SBI Cashback which got rejected.
I have just applied for a Scapia and IDFC Wealth. Now I will not make the mistake of not using any of my cards. Not sure how many transactions you need to make in a year to keep the card active.
