SCB Credit Card Limit Revised to 10k

SCB shockingly revised my limit to 10K.

Your credit card account credit limit has been revised from INR 130,500.00 to INR 10,000.00. For any queries, pls contact our customer care- StanChart

Is this temporary? How can i get my limit back?

This is SCB's reply regarding limit decrease over mail and twitter. This is the final verdict. They can't increase limit even if we escalate

No email. only called twice and registered complain, took reference number over call only. later they started calling me for giving further updates and i opposed their decision in harsh language. at the end they granded my original limit.

They took manual LE request, thats y cibil enquiry right
