SCB Credit Card Limit Revised to 10k

SCB shockingly revised my limit to 10K.

Your credit card account credit limit has been revised from INR 130,500.00 to INR 10,000.00. For any queries, pls contact our customer care- StanChart

Is this temporary? How can i get my limit back?

Frankly I'm not interested in HDFC Infinia at all, I would have got that 2 years back itself if I tried hardly.
I'm good enough with paid dcb pvc card. Just 5L spend criteria, can't spend beyond that.

Don't study this much late, u won't remember anything and ur eyes will be badly effected. Relax ur eyes, sleep is top 1 priority to remember what u studied

No email complaints at all?

No email. only called twice and registered complain, took reference number over call only. later they started calling me for giving further updates and i opposed their decision in harsh language. at the end they granded my original limit.

They took manual LE request, thats y cibil enquiry right

Request was not for LE, but to restore originial limit. SC is reducing limit to 10k for many for unknkown reason. my card account is 11 years old. and i was using it regularly on myntra only.

I felt very bad 5 L to 10 K

Got my limit revised automatically without any request.

Good thing happened to me that I didn't closed this card out of frustration.
I planned to spent on wallets too much to reach 2500 points so that i can redeem and close later.
Now i can keep this card happily

Seems RBI restored the limit of SCB 🤔

That's what I thought after reading the post. Joker bank of India.

After every month or two they send me sms that my payment is overdue and it'll be reported to cibil. But the thing is there is no due at all. Customer care just says "sorry for the inconvenience"and asks me to ignore the sms.

So, I have been using SC Smart CC for a quite time now.

But, Today when I was trying to use the card, transactions were getting failed and it was asking me to connect with the Customer Care on the given numbers.
Initially I thought it was some temporary glitch, but it continued for the next 3 attempts!

I checked the transactions control and limits on SC App to be double sure, everything was perfect! So I thought to give them a call.

I somehow was able to connect to their Phone Banking Agent after a little struggle with a complicated IVR process. 🤕

The agent verified all the details...
