Airtel reissues any state sim in any state.
Just tell them sim stopped working. They’ll do Biometric aadhar verification and take a photo and rs 50 and give you a new sim

Has anyone recently recharged with Vodafone Idea 1999/- plan?

I want to know whether there is any change in data stacking? Like, can we have data extended till the plan validity or 365 days from actual recharge date?

Earlier used to be 365 days from actual recharge date. And only plan validity extended.

I don't know. Just checked it's not there. Might be available on webpage. But I suggest u to do offline for first recharge (frc). Then do online for one year. Do short duration usually one month.

I am sharing here only annual value plans which I used to recharge for my Jio, Airtel, and Vi sim. Users can compare themselves to decide. Date: 22-Oct-2025.

1. Vi: 365 days @1849 (voice only)
2. Vi: 365 days @1999 with 24 GB data. (Good choice if data required)
3. Vi: 365 days @2249 with 30 GB data.

4. Airtel: 365 days @1849 (voice only) (Good choice if data not required) (I have airtel axis cc, so I get this @1600)
5. Airtel: 365 days @2249 with 30 GB data.

6. Jio: 336 days @1749 (voice only) (Only if vi/Airtel network is bad, and data not required)

Also, you cannot recharge jio value plan elsewhere. Currently Jio do not offer any other long validity value plans.

All of these annual plans offer 3600 free outgoing and incoming sms along with unlimited calling (including national roaming).

Please give network coverage as first priority, then price, then other small small things.

It's always better to do such things in morning. During evening problems do come with servers.

If you have received it then update. Stucked things take lot of time with telcos.

No outcome till now approach amazon as well said amount settled to RJIL via amazon wallet jio has no confirmation either failed or successful of order even jio twitter is worst don't know where money gone, payment made via myjio app for voucher purchased payments made with amazon wallet, till now waiting confirmation from jio side jiocare mail also shooted.

No order id , ref no for jio voucher order that become mess even no confirmation order failed or successful no Transaction history we can track order which is failed.

First check with Amazon. Whether the amount got refunded or not. If not, then email jio customer care. Email id is available in Google/ contact us. If no response then appellate authority in your circle.

Debit transaction reference will be available at Amazon app. Order id likely to be different there.

I think u need not to worry. Amount likely to get refunded. I did a few recharges. All went well.

Another thing. I think Apay giving 5% discount on recharges so 899 for 90 days from Amazon would be cheaper than 799 for 84 days from jio app. Plus additional dara. Check both plans.

When txn was processing, did Internet had any hiccup? What message you got at final page. It contains txn ID. Have you taken screenshot after payment deducted and page came back?

Nothing like that internet was smooth, like butter myjio app took money immediately deducted from amazon wallet but jio app kept remain on same page in voucher payments page no sms like failed or successful from jio side its been 2 days more going on only waiting.

No currently they're also putting some restrictions , I guess after 2 or 3 months the incoming calls will be stopped ( told by those annoying agents from jio who spam for recharge) , but I'm receiving sms and calls till now, last reacharge was in July

If it stucked on the page then payment didn't pass on to merchant and stucked at payment gateway. Can take 7-15 days.

Mostly when we do recharge or voucher purchase, it deducts payment, comes back and show Txn ID within seconds. So your case is stucked txn.
