Seeking advice on Using SBI Cashback Credit Card and Amazon Pay Balance for Large Utility Payments

I have a couple of questions regarding using the SBI Cashback Credit Card and Amazon Pay Balance for large payments:

  1. A fellow Technofin user mentioned that Amazon Pay Balance (Gift Card) cannot be used to pay utility bills exceeding ₹15,000. If the bill amount is higher, Amazon won’t display the gift card balance as a payment option. However, today I successfully paid a bill of ₹15,029 using my gift card balance, which was my first attempt at a transaction of this size. Has there been a policy change, or was this an exception for my first transaction?
  2. According to Amazon’s terms, there are certain limits on how much gift card value can be purchased with a credit card within specific time frames (e.g., ₹30,000 over 30 days, ₹40,000 over 60 days, etc.). Can I bypass this restriction by purchasing through multiple Amazon accounts, or would Amazon potentially flag or block my credit card?
I pay quarterly bills for three electricity connections, which can total up to ₹45,000. Is there anything specific I should be aware of when handling such large payments through the SBI Cashback Credit Card and Amazon Pay Balance?

1) I have recently paid Rs78000 approx lic policy premium via Amazon gift card balance.
I think utility bill more than 10k or 15k won't show credit card bill option in payment gateway I guess.

2) I think Amazon terms will apply only when you purchase gift cards from Amazon account.
Most people buy gift cards using different emails, portals, and finally all apay giftcards are redeemed under one apay account. I think there is a max cap of gift card balance you can add per month I guess , not exactly sure

Are you talking about paying utility bill via CC?

Ok! So there is a cap for redeeming Giftcard in a single Amazon account! And can you please tell me the names of those websites for purchasing Amazon Gift Vouchers? (Where 5% CB is applicable for SBI CB CC)
