Which tax payment is 9399? I believe income tax is 9311.

9399 is govt services, income tax portal also uses this mcc I think, I saw on some other thread.

which credit card to use for the 9399 mcc (govt transaction ) i do a lot of those, I pay 1% transaction fee and use amazon pay so it is not very fruitful.

Afaik IDFC Private DC should give upto 50L spends other 10L you can take on family members DC or somewhere else. Afaik someone did use Wealth DC on this MCC and received points so maybe you can open 10 Wealth accts too of not 2 Private accounts.
