Recently got Tata Neu Plus because wanted one HDFC bank card. But haven't used it yet and don't know where to use it. Thinking of closing it.

Should I Close Tata Neu Plus (Paid)?

Yeah that I know we can add items through bb and pay via Tata Neu. I didn't knew that Gift card is added to bb wallet. I thought it as seperate payment method. Now there is even less use case for this card 😂. Will be closing it soon.
What about HDFC offers? Might be useful in those cases.

I'd also like to believe that both HDFC bank as well as Tata believes, their cards did not meet the estimated issuance targets. Probably why it's being offered FTF for most people and LTF for some hoping that may increase it. But HDFC customers can easily get 5% cashback + 5% instant discount through Gyftr without those cards anyway

Already have their another useless Moneyback card LTF for HDFC offers only.
i usually buy amazon GV through hdfc cc, then buy bigbasket voucher at 4 pc disc from amazon and redeem it in BB app.
Then for you there's no point of keeping this card.
I might keep this card since it's the only HDFC card I have.

I DIDNT HAD ANY HDFC Card nor they were giving me any pre approved offer...so what I did is applied for tata neu plus card.....as saw they were easily approving this card and with good limits.....since I am a savings account holder it was approved without any doc or verification....I took the card and then started to get it flipped into either ltf millenia or ltf moneyback plus...since my limit was less than 1 lakh...in the end after reaching the stage of pno...finally they agreed to flip it into moneyback ltf........i had moneyback ltf in my hand on 20 days after the approval of tata neu plus card...

@pandyag ....There is another way is to use TataNeu app to get additional 5% on top of it, when you buying through it on BB.
I am not seeing BB GV in Amazon, can you share the link? (I am also in the verge of closing Tata Infinity card, discussion with CC team for LTF or close it)

Same here. I tried to flip the card to moneyback. They rejected my request and told me to wait for 6 months. Need to wait till April then, I will close the card if they don't offer any other cards.
Are you getting it in Axis Grab deals? When I'm clicking in bigbasket GV, it is redirecting to homescreen. Other vouchers are getting added to cart but not bb.

Currently only regalia is working.. No other rupay card of hdfc working
Yes known issue as @Batmanbaba mentioned, it is yet to be from HDFC side, though their Rupay is present in the BHIM app.

I raised request to close the card online. Didn't receive any email or sms. It's been 5 days since then, how do I track the closure request.
