Should I Close Tata Neu Plus (Paid)?

Recently got Tata Neu Plus because wanted one HDFC bank card. But haven't used it yet and don't know where to use it. Thinking of closing it.

I raised request to close the card online. Didn't receive any email or sms. It's been 5 days since then, how do I track the closure request.

Just Call them and ask about status about your closure request.

planning to apply but dont have much use & high chances wont meet the min spent for waive either

wondering if whats the process for LTF/downgrade & if hdfc allows downgrading to any LTF card they have on customer's request ?

btw whats the best LTF HDFC CC now ?

Not really LTF (Rs 500+GST), but HDFC Swiggy now makes more sense than Millenia. It offers 1% cashback on most transactions (grocery excluded along with standard items like wallet, rent , Gov and fuel) and 5% in Amazon,FK and a few other online merchants. The key here is that rewards are in the form of cashback without any redemption fee.
