Should I consider pre approved Sbi Simplysave Rupay Or Bpcl Rupay

So I have Sbi Cashback Visa with 1.07L, Currently I getting a pre approved simplysave and Bpcl in rupay but the catch is my father already have Simplyclick Amex.. for shopping offers with a limit of 57K but due to amex it becomes difficult to use offline even online sometime.. I don't want to split my limit of 1.07 lakh into 2 card also don't want to miss that opportunity because I recently applied simplyclick which declined..

Both of my Cards are FYF. What should I take? (My main use case is 10% on Sale). And Can I make a FYF card LTF ? Is it possible? (In HDFC I was told that FYF cards can't be converted to LTF)
