Refer this to keep your utilization under check. Also don't completely pay of the outstanding amount before bill date, keep a small amount for bill.
So that the repayment count increase in your credit report. Higher count will improve the score.

Best way to pay Credit Card

Would it have a good impact on CIBIL score if I pay after the statement has been released instead of waiting for the due date? PS: I always pay in full except of course for EMI transactions.
