Show close card active in cibil

My Hdfc dinner club privilege card has been closed by HDFC on 01 August 2023 but it still show active in cibil,
How much time taken by bank to reflect this as closed or I have to send mail for this.

It's normally takes 30 to 45 days to close in cibil

It should be marked as close within 45 days. But banks are lazy to report closed cards. So sometimes it takes upto 3 months.
