showing rupay platinum instead of rupay select

Hi all. i'd applied for Rupay Select card on 31st december. passing through very slow and irritating process somehow i got approved my card yesterday. i'd applied for Rupay select card but in genie app it shows rupay platinum card. what should i do now to upgrade it?

What was ur itr?? For select u need min itr of 5l and if u have less then 5l then they will automatically convert ur select application to platinum

If i got platinum and u have itr of 5L+ then u can request for an Upgrade and they aill give u select in 3 4 days

Did u made any screenshots while choosing select card if yes then show to them by mail and ask to convert without charges

If i got platinum and u have itr of 5L+ then u can request for an Upgrade and they aill give u select in 3 4 days

i went through the same process. now its showing my select card in genie app. just waiting for the physical one.

@rutuls536 same thing happened with me, I have emailed them for card upgrade to Rupay Select, let's see what they say. I think they're doing this with everyone, whoever selects Rupay Select is getting delivered Rupay Platinum.

Conversion request will be processed in 1 or 2 days and if ur request is approved u will see Activate new card in ur pnb Ginie app. Once u activate it ur old platinum card will be replaced by new select card

Nope i didn't received any mail i just got activate new card pop up in app

For select conversion u need 5L+ itr if u have that then there will be no issue
