SimplyClick: Spends on Amazon

For the past few days, I am only receiving 1X reward points for spends more than 100rs.

I just wanted to know if it has anything to do with the ongoing sale where SBI cards have discounts or should I have this escalated to their customer support?

For offline spends one gets 1 RP for every 100 spent.
For Amazon its 10 RP and 5 RP for online spends.

I received 10x in this sale also, so contact support if you are receiving less RP.

All my spends on Amazon in this cycle are resulting in 1X RP. In the last cycle, I have received 10X RP.
