That means they have declined it. You can try AFTER 3 months.

Probably, their App must have shown a pop-up offering you a card n must have clicked Ok. I am just presuming.

If you had NOT applied, then, this error message says - do not apply.

So, forget this pink card.

What are other Credit Cards like Slice? My friend is unable to get Roar and Kiwi/ POP (His CIBIL is good but Experian is low).

Take CSB Edge+. It also offers flat 1% CB on all upi/offline spends besides the 10% on Amazon/fk etc. (DM for referral if u dont have it😉). Can check Tata neu Infinity, supermoney pro card too.

Unable to get those. He has TN Plus and in process to upgrade to Millennia Rupay

Can check Airtel Axis rupay too( very easy to get if u have savings account). Even SBI Tata neu infinity is easier to get than HDFC TNI. HDFC was not upgrading my Tata neu+ into TNI but my old friend SBI approved it easily.

SBI isn't serviceable here (Kashmir)
