Smartbuy IRCTC issue

Does anyone facing issue for train ticket booking with Smartbuy IRCTC? Once you select the train and click the the check availability button or train class it hangs. Throws a pop up that partner is not responding. I tried it with laptop as well mobile. Same issue. IRCTC website is working well independently.

Faced same issue but I was able to book after lots of attempts. You need to keep trying after sometime.

Tried through Payzapp.
Failed twice.

Day 3
Tried via desktop.
Worked fine.

I would suggest to completely ignore Smartbuy for booking railway tickets now. It is highly unreliable. On Payzapp, after payment we're getting blank screen and on Smartbuy website there is some other error.

When did you last tried to book? Is it recent Exp or sometime back?

I'm telling this from recent experience. Earlier it used to book smoothly.

I just booked couple of tickets using SmartBuy portal using my dcb card and it was a smooth Exp.. Only problem is that if you select insurance then something went wrong error was coming before payment.. But I didn't select insurance and everything went smooth

Exactly.
It has started failing too often.
Money gets deducted, smartbuy gives blank/pending screen .. sends refund after 7 days.

For trains with limited seats, it's not worth the hassle anymore. ( also has conv charges and 1%+gst pg charges)

Tried twice in last 2-3 months. regretted every time.

Not sure why that's happening with you.. are you using website or mobile website or payzapp?
I used website (diners smartbuy) and it worked flawlessly if we don't choose insurance

Even I booked a ticket and cancelled a ticket yesterday using smartbuy website in laptop snd it was smooth as always. I don't choose insurance and each time enter card details for payment.

I guess everyone praising smartbuy up in the comments would come help you.

Usually wait for 20 mins.. check if any bookings are shown in IRCTC or smartbuy..
Mostly it ends up failing after pending...
But long back once it got confirmed within 10-20 mins.
