I had more than 12L spends but less than 15L spends in card anniversary year. I raised a request to customer care and they said fee will be waived off and took a request last week.
The request was closed yesterday saying fee will be reversed, but today the waiver is still not reflecting in Unbilled spends.
So experienced folks, does it take some time? Or shall I escalate this? CC is not helpful as they are asking me to wait.
Also, the fee was added in last statement. Shall I pay if waiver is added before due date? Or shall I only pay total outstanding whenever it gets reduced by the fee amount?
