Split AC suggestions 1.5 ton

Hi, I am planning to buy 1.5 ton AC
Room Size: 204Sqft
Ground Floor
Direct Sunlight only evening
Usage mostly during ngt (6 to 8hrs) and 3 to 5 months in a year
Area Bangalore

Checked few AC's but confused which to buy any suggestions pls
1. LG 3 star Inverter 1.5 ton (2024 model) - 34500 [But actual cooling capacity = 1.25ton]
2. LG 4 star Inverter 1.5 ton (2024 model) - 39500 [But actual cooling capacity = 1.42ton]
3. LG 4 star Inverter 1.5 ton (2024 model) - 43840 [But actual cooling capacity = 1.42ton]
4. Panasonic 3 star Inverter 1.5 ton (2024 model) - 33500 [But actual cooling capacity = 1.43ton]
5. Panasonic 5 star Inverter 1.5 ton (2024 model) - 41250 [But actual cooling capacity = 1.43ton]


I thought of Going for 3 star as my usage is less but LG 3 star cooling is less but LG after sales service is good
Panasonic 3 star is good but I am not sure about after sales service in Bangalore
Any suggestions pls which AC I shd buy and is non inverter AC getting phased out and which is best non inverter AC?

Purchased in May. Just clean the filters once in a month, and u will feel it's shimla.

So basically I recently got an AC from Flipkart and needed to get it installed. So I have done a bit research and noted some important points to keep in mind while installation.

Update: Ac got installed successfully.

All the below👇🏻points are fulfilled.
You just need to pressure them else they won't do.
