Standard Chartered 2nd card not possible ?

Unable to apply for 2nd card on SC website.
After I click yes on the "Do you have an existing Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card?* " section, it asks me to accept terms and "Proceed to authenticate" --> when I click proceed it redirects to a Errored bill desk page. Check screenshots attached.
I have super value titanium card, can any one help me get the smart card for NPS payments.

Please let me know how did you apply the 2nd one, I am trying to apply via website through 1 Rs. Authentication but everytime I am getting error after selecting existing card, I have SVT card and trying to get hold of Smart card.
I didn't apply. They offered me.

Got a call from customer care that I am eligible for an upgrade on my existing Platinum Rewards card. The lady was initially offering Rewards card with 1000 fee. I declined that offer and asked Smart card as an upgrade. Then she took the request, got another call, card got processed and delivered in 3 working days.

Limit is shared with the existing card. No enquiry, no re-verification, no Re-KYC.

Thank you for the information. What I heard earlier was when the SC customer care team takes a request for upgrade, they close the existing card. Now, I will connect with them and check for the upgrade offer with shared limit on existing card.
 
I had the same issue while trying to apply for a 2nd card using the existing customer option. Try reaching out to their X handle and DM the issue. Their customer care calls back in a day or 2 and takes a request.
