Statndard Chatarad has started sourcing Platinum Rewards Credit Card under Life Time Free pricing.

This card generally comes with a Joining/Annual of INR 250+GST but under this special offer this becomes free on spending of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST.

Some updates to the current of hassle of getting annual fee getting charged for new customers.

• I also got annual fee charged to my first statement bill on 11th of April. I saw a lot of you sending emails to PNO for LTF concerns. I had not spent 500 rupee till statement date since 30 days after card activation date was not completed. So I was under the impression that i have enough time to complete the spend wavier condition.
• On 13th of April I had completed the 500 spend transaction. But on 16th of April when i checked the transation history, i saw that the annual fee was reveresed automatically without any email to PNO. Also after 2 days the GST was also reversed.
• I am not sure whether spending 500 triggered reversal or not, since the reversal date in the history is showing as same as annual fee charge date i.e. 11th April.

Someone was saying right:

Their PNO is illiterate, don't know about their own product, moreover I had confirmation that I will not be charged, still they charged JF.

When I mailed again to PNO with previous conversation reference number, what they replied is this.
