Statndard Chatarad has started sourcing Platinum Rewards Credit Card under Life Time Free pricing.

This card generally comes with a Joining/Annual of INR 250+GST but under this special offer this becomes free on spending of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST.

StanChart platinum: Members who are charged with with fees despite LTF CARD

creating a group for all the members who are being charged for standard chartered platinum rewards card, that was being offered LTF. lets discuss future steps.

Ask them to apologise. We don't need favour from them. Instead we should get what we was promised with initially. Where do they get this kind of dictatorship from? Should fire a mass complaint to RBI for this unethical practise. What about the time and effort we are spending behind them and that too unnecessarily? Our time is also important and valuable. They are service provider but they are harrassing the customer instead. This has to be stopped. We don't even need BOGO offer on CIBIL enquiry. 🗣️🗣️🗣️

EVERYONE by 15 april 2023 23:59pm file a complaint to rbi and like this message WHO HAVE DONE THE COMPLAINT and requesting everyone who has been charged do it (together we can make it LTF rather than fucking goodwill gesture) -janhit mai jaari 🙂

i would suggest to wait till everyone gets a reply from Bank saying that ltf not possible.
speaking from my recent experience, where rbi closed my request without investigation, saying that i did not give the bank a chance to reply.

once everyone has that kind of confirmation of denial of ltf over email, then we can start filling complaint to rbi.

so let's start sending it emails to bank pno asap because they take 2-3 days to reply.

@TechnoFino can you make a video on your channel and also a Tweet around all this happening? we have enough proof to show wrongdoing on the bank's part.
it will help reach a much wider audience than the rest of us trying to tweet individually.
plus, if the bank agrees for LTF after your tweet/video, it can be seen as a big win for our community, without needing to go to RBI.
