How to change the statement generation date for kotak card,
I called and raised a request and they said they can't change the date.
What is the process for that ?

Raise complaint with ombudsman.

You can't choose your date, Bank will give dates in that you need to opt.

I called and changed my date last year I think you got a CC executive who doesnt know it. Call again and check

" Hey, dictatorship bank, shameless I'm tired,
I'm requesting since 7 days continuosly on call to change cc s generation date, as my salary credits in *xx date of a month,
Are you people deaf, according to rbi should gave chance to customer to change the date, are you people wont mind rbi words in anyway ?"

just copy paste, mission success!

i also did with axis,hdfc,indus,icici.bob

They do it over the phone itself. I have done mine 2 months back.

Other Banks also Create Problems Sometimes

But Axis do dandi rona each time.

Yea I called them 4 months they are saying their servers are not setup for that will take another 6 months

some people argue, kotak has fine banking interface. it cant update its servers where several times goes on maintainance.
