If you can bear with statement credit, Amazon/ Flipkart GVs (these are not an option), SC Ultimate is the card to go for.

1 RP for every 30 spend. I repeat every 30, no exclusions whatsoever except cash withdrawal and joining/ annual fees.

Joining fee of 5000+ GST is well compensated by 6000 RPs ( 1 RP equal INR 1). Renewal fee of 5000+GST is compensated with 5000 RPs.

You can try getting the SC Ultimate. Gives a flat reward rate of 3.33%.

Umm if you have the eligibility for sc ultimate then well and good but if no then:
- AU LIT it has offline reward rate from anywhere between 3.2 to sometimes >4
- And if you have hdfc easyshop platinum dc then if you take any card which gives you 1-2% cb on offline spends then you'll get 1% extra
