1,6 - Convert Flipkart as LTF otherwise try to replace with Airtel or Ace credit card (do check whether your utility providers support on those platforms)

Convert one of IDFC to Select - to get PayTM movies BoGo

HDFC Solitaire - Convert ot any other LTF from HDFC even Millennia (becasue 1-Millennia has 1000 cap)

How to get Flipkart Axis LTF? is it possible now?

4. Offline payments (Pharmacy, lifestyle shopping and every POS) -- Flipkart Axis / SC Manhatten (5% CB on supermarket)
5. Wallet loading -- SBI CashBack / SC Ultimate
6. insurance premium payment -- SBI CashBack (route through Amazon or stuff)/ HDFC SmartBuy Portal
7. Fuel at BPCL only -- BPCL Octane
8. IRCTC -- IRCTC SBI Card Premier
9. Gold purchase -- I don't know about that @ashwink

I feel like SBI Cashback has replaced - 3 other cards (for an average user)
Amazon Pay
Ace
Axis Flipkart

Also underwhelming cards like Millenia are worthless now

SBI Cashback doesn't give cashback for wallet loads

Don't slay the Ace Slayer, ACE is simply a unique card which can't be replaced by any other cashback cards. ACE offers unlimited 2% cashback on offline/POS transactions. ACE also offers 5% cashback on GPay on bill payments. SBI cashback only offers 1% for bill payments.

Will it be suspicious if one day I load paytm wallet and after some days I use that balance to pay my some part of my cc bill on paytm.

You can get 5% for bill payment buying gift vouchers on Amazon - that was the reason i have quoted that Ace can be replaced and yes for POS transactions Ace is still the best, only other entry level card which comes close is Flipkart axis with it's 1.5%

I think SBI Cashback can't replace them forever.
*Source to give rewards for other cards:
Amazon/Flipkart- Partner Commission,
Ace - Recharge & bill payment commission with some MDR.
On the other hand SBI is paying rewards from its pocket(Cash burn) & might degrade in near future.
