Suggest me HDFC Bank Savings Account with lowest charges possible

Applied for TATA NEU HDFC Credit card
at VKYC I was asked if i want to open savings
card is showing for pending verification from 4 days
and i received call back for account opening

Should i open it ? or to wait to get card in physical.

Open 10k mab account and than after 90 days change it to 5k mab just by visiting branch.

Millenia debit card is worth the penny 500+gst charges.
