Close Neu Infinity if you don't have spends on tata brands since its paid
Kiwi will give you 1% and Infinity will give you 1.5% but the paid of using a shitty UI of tata Neu is definitely worth letting go of that 0.5% and 1.5k annual fee

What's the purpose of Zenith+ in your portfolio? For BMS offer?
I feel there isn't need to for Zenith+ as its devalued for rental transactions.

No harm in keeping the LTF cards, as they come in handy for merchant offers/lounge access but icici only for offers.(who will spend 75k a quarter for on icici cards)

If your regular spends are 5L
Its better to stick to Atlas and managing to hit 7.5L milestone

If you can't achieve 7.5L and prefer Marriott points transfer, close atlas and get the trifecta

Which card do you currently use to pay rent?
Its very to get value out of paying rent these days

Rent - Amex Platinum via mobikwik
My 5 L spends include utilities + insurance + jewellary, so atlas can not be considered, plus 7.5 is definitely not reachable.
Zenith+ - Good for BMS + Lounge access.

Sapphiro - LTF
You already have Sapphiro for BMS. Why you need AU Zenith+ (Yearly fee is 7000)?
Yes Kiwi - LTF
Close this, go with LTF RuPay Credit card from IndusInd.
Annual Fee of the Kiwi Neon subscription is available at Rs. 999. Only free for first year.
HDFC Neu Infinity - Chargeable
Now they are offering LTF. Check with HDFC for LTF or close the card (Yearly fee is 1800). Not worth for this cost.
SBI CB - Chargeable
Close this, go with HDFC Swiggy LTF which gives 5% online cashback.
Amazon pay - LTF
Close this, get HDFC Swiggy LTF.

What is the benefits of Indusind rupay cc ?? I'm being offered with shared limit with Legend... Should I get ? I have tata neu plus for the UPI payment though its chargeable card....

IndusInd: Earn 2 Reward Points on every ₹ 100 transaction done through UPI.
Tata Neu: Should use only Tat Neu app for UPI to get 1.5 cashback. 0.5 for any UPI apps.
Now HDFC offering both HDFC Tata Neu cards LTF. If you got LTF, it is good otherwise go with any LTF RuPay Credit Card.

Federal bank also issue RuPay Wave Credit Card (Virtual) LTF.

Get it. I extract about 1.7% returns from this card using Pay with rewards.
Close Neu plus after 1st year unless you are a heavy spender on Tata Neu app which definitely gives you better overall value.

Indusind all cc are indirectly devalued due to air india merger, you can not tranfer points now

i am also thinking of getting card for 4L yearly rental I already have Amex travel.
I am looking for milestone card accepted on red giraffe so that cost will be low and 2-3% milestone benefit will be nice..any suggestion to fit these requirements?

Got it!

No I didn't got it as LTF. I'm thinking of closing it as I can't use Tata Neu for UPI payment as the app lags sometimes.

Can I ask CC to convert it to LTF ??

Getting it rn! Although for an year, I've completed the milestone to waive out fee so shall I request for LTF now or next year ??

Go ahead and try your luck.
No one understands when/why HDFC might say yes/no

I have atlas for regular spends ..amex travel for govt/nps and any other spend..I am looking cc for rental payment…why would i go for another amex plat? Amex for rental is issue right? It requires 2-2.5 % charges and acceptance is an issue

With mobikwik, 2.95% charges.
I know there has been issues reported on housing.com but hardly anyone of mobikwik

I don't think there are any other options left in market that give a decent positive return for rent.
The golden days are all behind us 🙁

Air india cards have 4-5% milestone rewards on rental also..its better option than amex i think
