Surcharge waiver not received

From past 2-3 months I am observing that SBI has not credited the surcharge on my BPCL octane card.
Earlier that were only once in a while but now every 2nd or 3rd trx, I am not getting the waiver back.
Any new updates??

I had raised the complaint and got the waiver..
