Swiggy card merchant issue

I purchased hair oil from amazon and received 1% cashback instead of 5%. Then i contacted customer care then they mentioned transaction has merchant code which support 1% cashback.
How to know which transaction will provide 5% and 1% cashback on amazon merchant during transaction.

Transaction which provided 5% cashback showed amazon pay india priva bangalore and transaction which provider 1% cashback showed amazon pay pvt ltd bangalore in statement. Anyway to know which will provide 5% during transaction itself?

Please tag them on twitter along with order id and order page and bank statement. They will definitely credit the remaining cb. Happened with me when I purhcased fans from amazon using AU LIT card - electronics feature.

Amazon.in and amazon pay used to fetch 5%. Just amazon/ amazon gift card used to fetch 1%.

There is no proper answer as of now. Use idfc card to know the MCC instantly or ask customer care post transaction.
