System error in CIBIL website

TF Buzz
I had got Scapia Credit Card last month, for which Federal Bank had reported as Personal Loan. I was trying to report it on CIBIL website, but it keeps showing System Error everytime I Login. Can you please advise me what to do? And how to change the report to Credit card? Also, I had applied for AU Bank Credit Card, which was rejected as my location wasn't serviceable, can I get it removed too?

Have you ever been able to refresh the report successfully? If so, this error gets fixed itself after sometime.
Meanwhile, you can clear all the cookies in the browser and restart the browser again or try in a new browser as suggeswted by @Akashn

You can also try installing CIBIL app on your mobile and check.

It happened to me quite a few times, and it gets fixed itself in a few hours or rarely in a day or two..

Same here. I have their Premium subscription valid until 16th September 2024, and another plan is in queue too. Despite that, I'm getting the following error, which is really weird:

I have even tried on their app, but getting the same issue. And, of course, clearing cache and cookies don't help.

I have even tried resetting the password, but it doesn't even send the reset link to email (Not even in spam)!

Got Axis and IndusInd cards recently, and I'm afraid either of them might have goofed up my CIBIL report causing it to crash upon login. 🫣 Can't even find similar issues reported on X recently.

Anybody else with a CIBIL subscription experiencing the same issue or is it just me?

2 hrs back logged in cibil app but now while logging in it is trying to authenticate it but nothing happens. Stays on login screen. No error message for me. Looks like problem from cibil side.

Issue with their website down try after some time it will reslove

Not sure if this is related but my cibil history disappeared and showing only one card. History is of 1 year. Score dropped. Screenshot from cibil website. Do i need to raise a case with cibil.

Yes, you'd have to raise a complaint for it. They usually ask for the old control number as well as the current one with which you have the issue. If you have both the reports, then you're lucky.

However, before you raise a complaint, wait for a day or two and then refresh the data (Assuming you have the Premium subscription). The issue might be temporary. Good luck!
