On the inactive visa cards, are you guys able to redeem the voucher just after the first txn is made? Or it is redeemable strictly after 15 days?

I made a NFC transaction on inactive visa cc10 days back, but while redeeming on portal says not eligible

Just logged in Using my Payzapp Prepaid Visa card and Both INR 100 & 200 Vouchers were available for claim. My Payzapp Visa card was in "ACTIVE Category" still Received both the Vouchers !!
