You don't have to wait. On that page.

Steps are simple
Do a transaction of more than 300 via tap and or nfc.

Wait for 15 business days.
Than claim the voucher.


If you have used your card in past for tap and pay than you have to do 10 transactions at least of more than 300 to get the voucher.

If you are still facing the issue after fulfilling both the criteria than write a mail to given mail and along with the transaction screenshots or invoices.

The issue being that it was showing this same error on all three card which have fulfilled the criteria.

Tapped on a petrol pump. Didn't get the reward for the same. Reached out to support but to no avail.

Tap any visa card (credit, debit, prepaid, virtual prepaid etc issued by any bank in India)
Based on ACTIVE and INACTIVE cards definitions, after 15 days of tap, come back to the webiste, punch in the card details and the mobile number registred with that particular card, you should see the voucher generated.
*For me, I have now claimed vouchers of 5 cards, and those got generated in 5 days.

5 cards are of same mobile number? I claimed for one card but system throwing error when i try to add another card in same mobile number

I have also used my Amazon Pay card to fill fuel (Rs.320 x 3) but haven't received any vouchers. Looks like most people did not receive the vouchers for fuel purchases. I know it is not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions but it is possible that Fuel is probably excluded.
