The visa website asks for card authentication hence will send you an OTP for a 1rs transaction.
If your card has been blocked you cant use it for any trnx anymore, hence cant authenticate it.

Auth is already done since 100 Rs coucher has already been generated

Great then, I will fight with them for 300 voucher. My bad I wasn't aware of the offer in June otherwise I would have asked then. I hope they'll consider the complaint after 4 months.

I was trying to register apay card today and surprisingly it didn't show ineligible error. Registered and got 100 voucher as per inactive card criteria. Last time I checked on Sunday it was showing the error. Last nfc payment was done on 27th September.

I'm wondering did it count that as first transaction or what? When I login, it prompts me to complete 2 more transactions to get 200 voucher. But I'm already eligible for both 100 and 200 voucher after 3 tap to pay transactions within last 4 months. I wasn't aware of the offer until last month, recently I found out and got voucher for visa debit card smoothly. Then I raised the issue regarding apay card with their support. I think after the complaint they did something so that I was able to register. Still need to get 200 voucher though.

I did a Tap n Pay transaction on 26th August and got ₹100 voucher today. After that did 2 more transactions but ₹200 voucher is still not unlocked.

so you are able to regenerate the virtual dc from yono app that too multiple times?
and where do you spend using it ?
I guess it's too late now to generate new ones now as the offer would be over soon and card verification wouldn't work after it

A big NO.

The offer is brought by Visa but not by G-Pay.

G-Pay has nothing do with the offer, it's just a token requestor, a TPAP, who just tokenise card (regulated by RBI) and allows us to make payment including tap to pay via NFC, with eligible/supported cards, without the need of carrying physical card.



You can transact using a physical card also. Not only with physical card but also via Paytm, Samsung Wallet, Cred and others, if your device is NFC enabled and have supported cards.
