I did not get 3.5% bonus NeuCoins for Amazon GV. Only 1.5% base NeuCoins have been given. I have sent a mail to grievance redressal. Did anyone get bonus 3.5% NeuCoins for Amazon GV purchased from Neu app using Infinity CC?

You will get remaining 3.5% at the time of statement generation. initially they prvoides only base reward of 1.5%

You will not. My statement was generated on the 2nd and I only got 1.5% for Amazon Pay GC. For Croma GC, I got 1.5% base and 3.5% bonus.

Really strange. My statement also was generated on 2nd Nov but I did not get 3.5% for Amazon Pay GC. Could be possible that they changed it in the middle. When did you buy the GC? In my case, I bought them on 31st October.

I bought them during 15-17 Oct , strangely it is still showing 5% extra coins banner while buying amazon pay gift cards.

Bhai 31st vali next cycle me count hoti hai, infinity card bhi millenia jesa hai. It considers calendar month instead of billing cycle. December me check karke batana bhai.
