If you see in the tata neu app, for each type of offer it will say so. usually 1 year validity, but promotional neucoins are maybe 30 days etc.

I don't know the upper limit when the maximum amount of vouchers we could order was 500. I bought around 7-8 vouchers of 500 each. but I felt that process was cumbersome and left it. I want to know if there is a limit to the amount of cashback we can get for different vouchers ordered.

hmm its frustrating, they show the gift card id already on the app. they could have shown the PIN too just like other platforms but do not see it anywhere. Already 4 hrs passed and exhausted maximum limit on resend too. Received no email.

Their email delivery system is often broken, I got the email after almost 7 hours. Raise complaint on their customer care email id.

Already raised the complaint via chat support, haven't received anything. I needed the voucher urgently as today is the last day of sale and tata neu messed up

I wanted to say that Tata Neu Often has a Maximum Purchase value of 500₹ on a single transaction. Previous week it was 10000 and now it's 1000. It's frustrating. When you need to purchase a big amount it's gone
